CDD Origami Pirate Boat Card

Ahoy there! I'm here to share my new origami pirate boat shaped card. I've had lots of fun with these amazing new release digital stamps from Craftin Desert Diva's. I love that there are lots of sentiments and added elements to go with the sets.

I've used
- Ahoy Matey (Steering Wheel and Anchor)
- Shiver Me Timbers (All - Boy pirate in barrel and pirate flag)
- Treasure Hunt (All - Girl pirate, treasure and map)
(Above three links include my affiliate link.)
The crab, shells, starfish and seagull are also Craftin Desert Diva's digital stamps.

I've coloured the images in watercolour pencils apart from the base of the pirates skin that's Touch Five Markers. I fussy cut everything out. Created this origami boat. Then covered, scored and used Distress Ink on the bottom of the boat to create a wood effect look. After that came the fun bit of arranging all the wonderful images. Honestly this card was super fun to make and the boat was very easy to fold to this shape. I think these pirates are perfect for this card.

The sentiment is from two Clearly Besotted Stamp set called Take Flight (Happy Birthday) and Furry Friends(go ahead and treat yourself.) The flower is a M&C Boutique die cut sold at The Works. Dearie Dolls Digi Hockey and Kid Car cards

Hello. I'm stopping by with a teenager boys birthday card used using a wonderful free Dearie Dolls Digital Stamp called Hockey Boy. I did the image quite big to make him the focus of the card. He has been coloured using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. Then I embossed the background. I then added number dies and Sweet Dixie Sentiment dies.

I'd also like to share a card my daughter made also using a adorable Dearie Dolls image called Kid Car Varoom. She made this card when she was six for her little brothers birthday... She even added his age to the car (her idea not mine.) The image is foam padded up and attached to a split pin. This design is so the image is able to spin. I helped her by doing the cutting and helping to put it together after she asked to make this style of interactive card. Her brother loved it.

SG Princess and Dragoon Castle Shaped Card

Hello!! I'd like to share this super cute very girly pink Princess and Dragon castle shaped card. I really did enjoy making this one of a kind card.

The images I've used are Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps called Princess and Dragoon. Princess is one of the July the first new release images. I've coloured these gorgeous images using a mixture of Touch Five Markers and pencils. As I was colouring I though the Princess needed a dragon and a castle but I didn't have a castle. So I decided to make my own using basic shapes in the Brother Scan N Cut machine. And so I made this three layered castle SVG file including the door and window. I coloured the castle with watered down Acrylic Paint and pencil on the edges to show of the layers more. Then I embossed the top half of the layers. Once I'd stuck them together I added flower Clearly Besotted Stamp die cut. The flowers are coordinating die cuts for the Flower Arrangement Stamp set (which I didn't use.) I've added some M&C foliage die cuts under the flowers that I got from The Works.

Please feel free to visit the Sasayaki Glitter Blog this is where you can find the rest if the new release images. I also coloured Confused Unicorn and Love Muffins for the store.
